How does Habiq protect my data and who can access it?

We take the security and privacy of your information very seriously. Your data and documents are protected. Only verified community members can access the data shared within the community.

How much does Habiq cost?

The pricing can be found on our website and is based on the functionalities you need and the size of your community. We also offer customized plans for Enterprises. As we are still in our early phase, we have an exclusive free offer for our early adopters. Please contact us for more information on how to join the exclusive Habiq Early Adopter Circle.

How can I start using Habiq?

If you are a community owner or manager, we’ll help you set everything up and invite all other members. If you are just a member, we’ll provide all the information you need to learn how to join and get started with the Habiq community you belong to.

What about older community members who aren’t used to technology - is the app easy to use and suitable for all age groups?

The app is intuitive and user-friendly, making it suitable for all age groups, including older community members.

Can I send the Habiq team a suggestion for improvement, request a new feature, or ask a question?

Absolutely! We’re always open to hearing from our customers. If your suggestion adds value for other users as well, we may say thank you with a substantial discount or another special gift as a token of our appreciation.
