How does the funding gateway work?
Once your building data and EPC are verified by a certified auditor, Habiq matches the recommended renovation program to funding programs you qualify for and creates Funding Readiness Certificate. You choose where to apply — we handle the compliance proofs.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Is my data secure?
All compliance and funding data are encrypted and hashed to a distributed ledger (XRPL). Only verified users can access shared documents.
Which countries are supported?
We’re expanding across the EU. Early rollout covers Slovenia, Croatia, and Switzerland starting 2026.
